Yes, we offer free samples for 10-50g.

2.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

In general, the MOQ is 1kg. Please contact our sales team for details.

3. How long does the shipment take?

Most of the products are in stock. Quality below 100kgs can be delivered within 5-7 days.

4. Are the products certified?

Yes, We have successfully obtained quality system certification such as ISO22000, ISO9001, FDA, HALAL, KOSHER,SC, USDA, EU&NOP organic certification, SGS, FSSC22000 etc.Please contact us to learn more about the certifications.

5. Is there any discount?

Yes, for larger quantity, we always support with better price.

6. Can I visit your factory?

We welcome our customers to visit our factory.The company has 3 production bases, located in Shanyang County, Shangluo City, Huyi District, Xi'an City and Sanyuan County, Xianyang City.

7. How do you treat quality complaint?

All our products are strictly tested by our QC, and confirmed by QA;unqualified material will not be released to customer.
In case any quality problem is confirmed to be caused by us, we will replace the goods or refund your payment immediately.
